Workit
Challenge
Foxconn faced high staff turnover in its Tijuana operation. Every departure raised recruiting and training costs and disrupted line stability. There was no way to anticipate who was at risk of leaving.
What we built
Workit, a talent management platform combining gamification with predictive AI. It turns production goals into individual challenges with rewards, and uses AI models to identify behavior patterns and flag employees at risk before they resign.
Insight-r
Challenge
Mass-consumption chains with thousands of daily transactions, with no way to connect the experience across channels or turn those transactions into recurring relationships. Every channel ran isolated and the customer started from zero each time.
What we built
Insight-r, an omnichannel ecosystem connecting self-service kiosks, mobile app, website and point of sale into a single experience, with an AI-powered loyalty program that personalizes rewards based on each customer's behavior. Integrated with the main point-of-sale systems and payment gateways in the Mexican market.
Quadre
Challenge
Reconciling bank movements against SAT invoices is manual work that consumes days of accounting effort every month in Mexican companies — and traditional accounting software doesn't solve it on its own.
What we built
Quadre, a platform that automates tax reconciliation: it matches bank statements with SAT CFDIs and generates the derived reports (cash flow, VAT, DIOT, income tax). It complements existing accounting software instead of replacing it.
